Today I went to that interview to become an image hostess. They explained to me that it consists in going do determined events, which can be a car expo where I have to dress slutty (nothing against being sexy) or simply pick up some business men at the airport. Physical characteristics are very important in this business, I will only be called to work at an event if I meet the characteristics required by the people who are planing the event. For example, if they want blondes I won't be called but if they want girls taller than 170 cm I will be called to work. Then if everything works out and I'm available for the event we will sign the contract. Also, we sign one contract per event. I hope I'm explaining this in a decent way. It's not really a job, but it's something right? Did I mention the payment isn't great? Anyway let's try the image hostess thing and go from there.
Since I'm tall and skinny (not that those are the ultimate qualifications) I'm going to get some photographs taken to send to some modeling agencies and other agencies in the industry, to try my luck. I know that "love" for fashion and etc and having the right measurements isn't nearly enough, but one has to start somewhere. Right?
Due to unsolved issues in my life I follow a five day week vegan diet. I have two cheat days a week, but that doesn't mean I eat poorly every time. Tonight my boyfriend and I ordered pizza for dinner. We like the Barbecue Crispy Bacon and the Lasagna one which comes with a thin layer of pasta and white sauce on top. Both are pretty tasty but to be honest not worth it. Today is romantic pizza movie night... Not really that romantic, we eat goodies and watch movies and series together all the time.
While I wait for the pizzas to arrive I'm sitting in the living room smoking and watching Bunny aka Grav3yardgirl (on YouTube) while she sprays foundation on her face. I hear my boyfriend's Haxball game in the background. I'd love to spray foundation on my face sometime. For the experience and obviously because of my laziness. I think I might like it. But everything at it's time, right now I'm becoming a pro at putting on lipstick without looking like a clown, or a geisha (depending if I'm feeling generous or not), and winging the eyeliner without stabbing my own eye. So.. For now lets be happy about that!
